Questions, answered.
How does scoping work?
Straightforward single-product builds skip scoping and go straight to an Onboarding package — those include their own discovery. For unclear or multi-system requirements, a fixed-fee Scoping Sprint turns the ambiguity into a costed build plan you own, with an optional working proof of concept built live in your account.
What's fixed versus flexible?
Each fixed package is sold as a defined outcome with quantified deliverables and a flat price. Anything outside those deliverables routes to Flex Hours — prepaid capacity for ad-hoc changes — or to a separate package. After go-live, a Managed monday.com retainer covers ongoing work within a monthly allocation.
How are integrations priced?
By number of scenarios and direction — one-way versus two-way. A scenario is one automated flow (trigger → actions). Every integration package includes field mapping, error handling, testing with your data, documentation, and 30 days of post-launch support. We build and maintain the monday side and the connecting Make automation; the third-party platform's own configuration and fees are yours.
What are typical timelines?
Most onboarding packages run 2–4 weeks depending on tier; feature and integration packages are shorter. The timeline for each package is listed on its card and confirmed in your SOW at kickoff.
Do we need monday.com licenses already?
monday.com seat and license costs are yours, but as a certified partner we can procure them on your behalf and help you land on the right plan. Most feature and integration packages assume an existing, working account; onboarding packages stand a new one up.
