Fulfilment Policy

1. Service & Product Delivery

• All digital products (apps and services) are delivered virtually.

• Services are billed hourly, and delivery schedules are based on the hours purchased.

2. Refund, Return & Cancellation

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for hours purchased.

Unused Hours: Hours purchased expire after 3 months of inactivity. We cannot honor unused hours beyond this period.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled kickoff call or start date. After work begins, cancellations will be billed for time worked plus a 20% cancellation fee.

3. Shipping Information

• No physical shipping required.
