Welcome to Templify, a product developed by Workiflow LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We deeply value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy applies when you interact with our Templify app or any related services. Trusting us with your information is a responsibility we take seriously, and we strive to ensure transparency and security in all our data practices.

1. Information Collection

We gather personal data that you willingly provide when you engage with Templify, be it for service inquiries, registration purposes, or general communication. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and any other contact or authentication information you choose to share.

When you create a template,  we store your template data in our database, which include board data, item IDs, group IDs, Board IDs, User IDs and the name and email of the creator. All of this data is encrypted, and will be deleted from our database 10 days after you uninstall the app from your monday.com account.

2. Usage of Your Information

Our use of your personal information primarily supports and enhances your experience with Templify. This includes, but is not limited to, simplifying the account creation and login processes, responding to inquiries, service delivery, and, with your permission, sending marketing communications.

3. Information Sharing

Your data is shared only upon your consent, for legal compliance, to provide you with services, or to protect your and our rights. We may also share your data during business transfers or with our partners, as outlined in our legal agreements.

4. International Data Transfers

Please note that your personal information might be transferred and processed outside of your country of residence, necessary for providing our services effectively.

We retain your personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is mandated or allowed by law.

Templify does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. In the event that we learn of any data collection from minors, we will take appropriate steps to remove such information promptly.

You have the right to review, modify, or delete your account and associated data. Some information may be retained as required for legal or security purposes.

8. Do-Not-Track Features

Currently, we do not have the capability to respond to ‘Do Not Track’ signals in web browsers.
